Aidan Cole Neiberline, age 21, of Newark, passed away Thursday, January 11, 2024, at Grant Hospital. He was born in Columbus, OH on August 2, 2002, to Sandra (Brewster) Hatley.

Aidan loved lizards and bearded dragons, earning him the nickname, "Lizard Boy" by many. He was a graduate of Utica High School, an avid Buckeyes fan, a Boy Scout most of his life, a collector of knives, and a member of the Brotherhood Order of the Arrow, who loved animals, and camping. Aidan knew no strangers, he had a unique ability of engaging people and working his way into their hearts.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his siblings, Nicholas (Katelyn McGuire) Hatley, Dan Neiberline, and Lindsay (Emmanuel Gabriel) Hatley; grandparents, Jerry and Sally Brewster; several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews; best friend, Xander Nihart.

Visitation will be held from 11-1pm Wednesday, January 17, 2024, with a 1pm funeral service at Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home, 985 N. 21st, St. Newark, Ohio 43055. A graveside service will take place immediately following the funeral service at Fredonia Cemetery, Pastor Marvin Haugh officiating.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Aidan's memory may be made to Boy Scout Troop #4020.
