Andrew Nicholas Sherman, age 37, of Heath, passed away Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at Licking Memorial Hospital. He was born in Newark on July 1, 1987, to Richard and Kristina (Nill) Sherman.

Andrew was a gentle soul with a very kind heart. He had a love for free-hand drawing, his favorite things to draw were sunsets and mushrooms. The night he passed, we had the most beautiful sunset.

He is survived by his parents, Kristina (Dennis) Blackshire and Richard (April) Sherman; children, Nevaeh Sherman, Andrew Joseph Dean Sherman, Leila Sherman, and Carter Dawson; sisters, Heather (Scot) LaMar and Sarah Sherman; brother, Tommy Sherman; Paternal grandmother, Judy Sherman; maternal grandfather, Daryl (Sue) Nill; step grandmothers, Debra Arnold and Debbie Grandstaff; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Dona (Al) Rossi and paternal grandfather, Richard Sherman.

Visitation will be held from 6-8pm Monday, September 23, 2024, and Tuesday, September 24, from 11am-12pm at Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home, 985 N 21st, St. Newark, Ohio 43055.

A 12pm funeral service will take place following visitation with a graveside service at Newark Memorial Gardens immediately preceding the funeral service, Pastor Scott Hayes officiating.
