Barbara "Barb" A. Neighbarger, age 67, of Newark, passed away on March 9, 2024. Barb was born on July 2, 1956, to the late Emmett Barrett and Margaret Barrett Montgomery, in Newark, Ohio.

She is survived by her loving husband, Ronald L. Neighbarger; daughter, Stacie (Nate) Mercer; grandson, Elias Plummer; siblings, Frank Barrett, Emmett Barrett, Jerry Barrett, David Barrett, and Margaret Brown.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers. John Barrett and Richard Barrett.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, from 11 - 1PM at the Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home, where her graveside service will follow at 1:30 PM at St. Joseph Cemetery with Pastor Wally McLaughlin officiating.
