Brian S. DeGarmo, age 66, of Newark, Ohio passed away peacefully on Wednesday December 25, 2024.  Brian was born in Newark and was preceded in death by his parents Richard and Nancy DeGarmo and his brother Danny DeGarmo and survived by his son Ben Savage and family of Cincinnati and Mark E. DeGarmo of Summerville, SC.

Brian graduated from Newark High School in 1976.  In his youth he was known for riding his six-foot unicycle all around town!  After graduation Brian worked at a variety of jobs and for several years volunteered at Mental Health America of Licking County and the Together We Grow Community Gardens. Brian was kind and generous and was always willing to lend and hand to help anyone. One of Brian's favorite sayings was "Count your Blessings", and he was indeed a Blessing to many.
