Bruce V. Edgell, 82 of Frazeysburg passed away on January 27, 2025 at Licking Memorial Hospital. He was born on November 19, 1942 in Newark, OH to the late Elmer W. and Opal I. (Keeney) Edgell.

Bruce retired from Newark Air Force Base. He enjoyed music, playing instruments and being outdoors.

He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Jane A. (Dickerson) Edgell; children, Bruce (Dana) Edgell, Jr., Jennifer Welsh and Justin Edgell; grandchildren, Jacob, Dakota, Dustin, Talon and Braydon; 6 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters, Melinda Claggett and Lola Hornyak.
