Carl Walter Arrington, age 69, of Newark, passed away on March 7, 2025. Carl was born in Mt. Vernon on December 3, 1955, to the late Jesse F. and Mildred L. (Moreland) Arrington.

He enjoyed listening to music of the 60's and 70's and could tell you who sang the songs, when they came out and who wrote them. Carl's  favorite cartoon characters were Snoopy and Charlie Brown.

He is survived by his siblings, Linda S. Wyeth, Darlene K. Swank, Mary R. (Dennis) Bullock, Virginia M. Arrington, Frederick L. (Judy) Arrington, John R. Arrington; many nieces, nephews, great, great great nieces and nephews, and aunt, Freida J. Ramey.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters, Catherine R. Arrington, Phyllis J. Arrington and Doris J. Clark; sister-in-law, Wilma L. Arrington; brother-in-law, Carl E. Swank.

The family will receive friends on March 13, 2025, from 12 - 1 PM at the Brucker Baker Funeral Home, 34 N. Main Street, Utica, where his service will immediately follow with Pastor Tim Carr officiating. The burial will take place in Bell Cemetery.
