Carl C. Bell (Bud) went to be with his Lord on September 26, 2024. He leaves behind his wife of 65 years, Betty J. Bell. Also surviving is his 4 children, Sue (Jeff) Anderson, Kelly (Scott) Bartko, Jodi Bell and Greg (Jaime) Bell; 9 grandchildren, Jeremy (Grace) Freeman, Zachary Freeman, Tyler Bell, Luke Ogle, Ryan Jones, Tony (Emi) Bartko, Gabby, Garrett and Gavin Bell; 4 great-grandchildren, Hunter, Ella, Avery and Forest; brother, Lynn (Anne) Bell and his sisters-in-law, Sharma and Delores Bell.

He loved his church family and especially all of his children. His greatest joy was when they all got together for family vacations at Myrtle Beach. He was an avid water person, enjoying fishing, boating and collecting sea shells. He also liked doing crafts like squirrel feeders and puttering around in his garage. He was a die-hard Cleveland "Indians" fan.

Mr. Bell was a retired nursing home administrator and after selling the business worked as a Sales Manager for a wholesale food company. Mr. Bell will be forever remembered in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

A celebration of life will be held at 11am on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at Neal Avenue Methodist Church, 12 Neal Ave., Newark with Pastor Drew Watson officiating.
