Carla Renee (Ball) Knight, age 62, of Newark, passed away at her home Monday, November 25, 2024. She was born in Newark on June 15, 1962, to the late David Lee Ball and Carol Ann (Ramsey) McClain.

She is survived by her children, Donald J. "DJ" Knight, Jr, and Tiffany (Misty) Knight, and their father, Donald "Donnie" Knight; siblings, David Ball, Jr, Scott (Lora) Ball, Daryl (Heather) McClain, Kelly (Heidi) McClain, and Dustin (Karissa) McClain; several nieces and nephews; special work family; fur baby, Biscuit.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by George Dalton.

Carla loved card games with her family, camping trips, summers by the pool, coffee dates with friends and bingo. She had a real passion for life and loved her family fiercely. Her greatest loves were her children Tiffany and D.J.

Visitation will be held from 5-7 pm Tuesday, December 3, 2024, followed by a 7 pm celebration of life at Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home, 985 N 21st. St, Newark, Ohio 43055, Pastor Dave Pennington officiating.
