Charlotte Marie Rine, age 89, of Newark, passed away on August 14, 2024. Charlotte was born on September 5 1934, to the late Howard Reid and Agnes (Refeld) Kirkpatrick, in Newark, Ohio.

She enjoyed bowling for over 20 years, playing cards and games, she always kept the score. Most importantly she loved spending time with her family and was a devout Catholic.

Charlotte is survived by her loving husband, Paul K.; children, Bonnie Fish, Randy (Margaret) Rine, Michele (Drew) Jones; grandchildren, Andrew Fish, Amber (Rick) Linke, Alicia (Ken) Moss, Allen Fish, Randall (Ryan) Leachman, Megan (Sameer) Sadiq, Brian and Zack Bruce; great grandchildren, Emily, Seth Fish, Ava, Eleanor and Henry Linke; sister, Esther Moore; canine companion, Gizmo; sisters-in-law, Donna Ferrell, Bertie Hill, Dorothy Flowers, and Mary Rine.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her brothers, Roland (Diana) Reid, Dallas Ferrell Jr.; son-in-law, William David Fish; and brother-in-law, Roger Moore.

The family will receive friends on Monday, August 19, 2024, from 1 - 3 and 5 - 8 PM at the Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home, a Vigil Service will take place at 7 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, at The Church of the Blessed Sacrament, at 10:30 a.m. with Fr. Anthony Lonzo as celebrant. A graveside service will be held in Wilson Cemetery.
