Christine E. Greetham, age 75 of Newark, passed away on April 25, 2024. Christine was born on May 5, 1948, to the late Chester Allen and Donna Jean (Smith) Franklin in Lorain, Ohio.

She is the founder of Baskets of Life, which was established over 20 years ago. Baskets of Life is a nondenominational non-profit organization which ministers to the economically, socially, and spiritually disadvantaged in a three county area in central Ohio. Our mission is to reach the unchurched, to tell them The Good News of Jesus Christ and to nurture spiritual development in those that believe. Christine was also a former C-Tech Career Counselor for many years.

Christine is survived by her loving husband, Jeffrey Greetham; children, Rachel and Rebecca; grandsons, Christian, Ethan, Robbie and Carson; great grandson, Jackson; and brother, Kevan Franklin; sister, Joyce Becraft.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Paul Panek.

There will be a visitation held on Saturday, May 4, 2024, from 1 - 3 PM, at the Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home, where her service will immediately follow with Pastor Kevan Franklin officiating. The burial will take place on Saturday, May 11, 2024, at 11:30 AM at Maple Grove Cemetery, 8303 Cemetery Road, Vermilion, Ohio, 44089.
