Deborah Jean Cass, age 75, of Newark, passed away at the Selma Markowitz Care Center Monday, August 11, 2025. She was born in Newark on March 8, 1950, to the late Robert H. and Opal L. (Fadley) Cass.

Deborah was a 1968 graduate of Newark High School who was an avid animal lover.  She worked at Western Electric and retired from the Anomatic Corporation.

She is survived by her brother, Steve (Donna) Cass; nephew, Robb (Eric Smith) Cass; nephew, Brian Hall; niece, Stefanie (Shayne) Stoneking; great-nieces, Rylee Dittoe, Kinsley Stoneking, and Brynlee Stoneking; good friends, Lisa McCown and Ginger Shaw; fur baby, Abby.

In accordance with Deborah's wishes, no services will be held.
