Delee Carol (Osborn) Painter, age 78, of Newark, passed away Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Licking Memorial Hospital. She was born in Newark, Ohio on November 3, 1946, to the late Charles Alonzo and Betty Louise (Welsh) Osborn.

Delee was a cancer survivor who loved animals.

She is survived by her children, Karen McCune, Mindy (Jeff) Molden, Kristie (David) Branscome, David J. (Beth) Siegle, and Timothy Charles Siegle; brother James (Leila) Osborn; many loved grand and great-grandchildren; cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kerm Painter; children, Terry Allen Ross, JR Ross, and Pamela R. Siegle; grandson, Jeremy Joseph Smith; brothers, John Osborn, Charles Robert Osborn and Richard W. Osborn.

A memorial service will take place at Victory Assembly Worship Center, 49 Pine St. Newark, Ohio 43055 at a later date.
