Diana Anita Sceurman, 83 of Utica passed away on October 7, 2025 at Altercare of Newark North. She was born on October 12, 1941 in Columbus, OH to the late Iden Milton and Georgia Alberta (Reeder) Hissong.

Diana was a member of the Utica Church of Christ and Utica Senior Citizens. She was a 1960 graduate of Utica High School. She enjoyed fishing, bowling and watching birds. Most of all she loved her family.

She is survived by her son, David Sceurman; daughters, Sandra (Scott) Wireman and Dorothy (John) Turnbull; grandchildren, Nicholas Sceurman, Amber and Ashley Wireman, Elizabeth, Rebecca, Maddison and Tyler Sceurman; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, George Herbert Sceurman; son, Duane Sceurman; brothers, Joseph Hissong and Howard Hissong; and sisters, Frances McGinnis, Norma Finks, Evelyn Bidlack and Katheryn Pauly.

A private graveside service will be held at Newark Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
