Dixie Lee Hysell

Dixie Lee Hysell, 69, of Newark, OH, passed away June 8, 2025, at Licking Memorial Hospital. She was born May 1, 1956, in Newark, OH, to the late James F. and Lavina E. (Eismon) Nethers.

Dixie enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, and she loved dogs.

She is survived by the love of her life, Gary Bobo; siblings, David (Pamela) Nethers, Roger (Barbara) Nethers, Mike (LeAnn) Nethers, Neil (Vera) Nethers, and Helen Becthol, and several nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home, 985 N. 21st St. Newark.
