Donald Ray Kelley Sr. age 75, of Mt. Sterling, passed away on October 14, 2025. Donald was born on January 18, 1950, in Louisa, KY, to Ruth Pauline (Perkins) and Jay Carson Kelley.

He retired from the Carpenters Union Local 200. Donald enjoyed camping, fishing with the grandkids, riding motorcycles and genealogy.

He is survived by his loving wife, Arlene M. Kelley; children, Patrick (Mary Ann) Robertson, Donald Ray Jr. (Tammy) Kelley, Timothy Kelley, Danita (Frank) Washington; father, Jay Carson Kelley; grandchildren, Julia (Alec) Miller, Casey Robertson, Anthony Robertson, Tawny Kelley, Brandy Kelley and Alexis Kelley; several great grandchildren; sister, Darlene (James) McKnight; brother, John Morgan; many aunts uncles and cousins.

Donald is preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Pauline (Perkins) Morgan; siblings Ronald Kelley, Bonnie Arlene Hansel and David Morgan.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 2 - 4 pm at the Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home, where his service will immediately follow at 4 pm with Pastor Rob Hartman officiating.
