Donna Irene (Fox) Smith, age 69, of Newark, passed away on November 28, 2025, at Mount Carmel Dublin Hospital. Donna was born on February 10, 1956, in Newark, to the late Donald Emerson and Delores Mae (Aber) Fox.

She enjoyed crafting: quilting, embroidery, sublimation's, making t-shirts and ceramics. Donna's favorite time of year is Christmas, which she spends all year preparing for. Most of all she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Donna is survived by her husband, Jeffery Eugene Smith, Sr.; children, Jeffrey Eugene Smith, Jr., Joshua Nathan Holman, Melissa D. Workman, Jason Lee (Bethany) Smith, Jerrod Eric (Deana Dixon) Smith; grandchildren, Elyjah, Jaevin, Urijah, Jathan, Kyzik, Vanessa, Bobby, Garret, and Zion; siblings, Pamela (George) Zabel, Ruth (Bert) Hopkins, William (Maria) Fox, Frank (Gretchen) Fox.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Kathy (Steve) Forgey; and daughter-in-law, Connie Smith.

The family will receive friends on Friday, December 19, 2025, from 2 - 4 PM, at the Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home, where her services will immediately follow with Pastor Rob Hartman officiating.
