Dorothy "Dot"
Faye Dillow
Sep 15, 1934 — Nov 18, 2025
Heath
Dorothy "Dot" Faye Dillow, 91, of Piketon, OH died Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at The Inn at Chapel Grove. She was born September 15, 1934, in Ashland, KY to the late James Thurman Brown and Amanda Sue Brown.
Dot was always a hard-working helpmeet to her husband Bob, wherever he was, she was right alongside of him since the beginning. They spent 70 years together, and through all of life's twists and turns she was his partner. Wherever Bob was, she was there, whether it was Bob being a body shop owner, or a dedicated farmer … they did it together. They were like two peas in a pod, and she kept Bob grounded in his life's adventures and was the perfect companion for him. Although Dorothy's physical presence may no longer grace our lives, her sweet spirit will continue to inspire and uplift us and will be greatly missed by all.
Dorothy is survived by her Daughter, Dottie Hildebrand of South Carolina; Son, Robert (Sally) Dillow Jr. of Thornville, OH; Grandchildren, Brian, Becky, Robert III, and Jessica; and Great Grandson, Hunter.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 70 years (Bob- June 5, 2025), three brothers, and three sisters.
The family expresses much gratitude to all the caregivers and staff of The Inn at Chapel Grove and the family suggests donations to Hospice of Central Ohio in lieu of flowers in her name.
A memorial service will be held at a later date to be determined, in Kentucky.
