Earl Ted Nethers, age 77, of Newark, went to be with the Lord on Friday, April 19, 2024. Earl was born on January 20, 1947, to the late Earl and Marguerite (Hayes) Nethers, in Newark.

Ted and his brother Larry Nethers owned Licking Valley Tractor Sales. Ted faithfully attended Brushy Fork U.M.C. where he was a trustee.

Ted is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Susan (Bernard) Nethers; sons, Christopher (Noel) Nethers, John (Elizabeth) Ricket, James Ricket; 9 grandchildren; 1 great grandson; 2 brothers and 4 sisters.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Shriners Children's Ohio,  1 Children's Plaza 2 West, Dayton, OH 45404.

A Celebration of his Life will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2024, from 1 - 4 PM at the Licking Valley Elementary School, 1510 Licking Valley Road.
