Eric C. Miles, age 68, passed away peacefully and was called home Saturday, February 22, 2025 in Hospice Care at Kobacker House in Columbus with his Brother by his side.

Born July 29, 1956 in Lynchburg, Virginia, son to the late Lewis T. Miles, Sr. and Katherine D. Miles. He was preceded in death by his parents and Sister, Cheryl Lynn (Miles) McComb.

Eric is survived by his two Daughters, Tiffany Miles-Messner of New Franklin, OH and Erica Miles of Canal Fulton, OH; four grandchildren, Emma Miles, Carter Hopkins, Bryar and Eli Gauder; two brothers, Sherman T. Miles and Lewis T. Miles, Jr. (L.T.) of Newark; Special Loving Friend, Marcus Gunderson of Columbus.

Eric battled numerous illnesses always with Strength and Faith in the Lord guiding his journey. His devoted love for his Daughters, Grandchildren, Family and Friends was unwavering. We take relief in knowing that his suffering has ended, may you rest in peace, you will never be forgotten.

Eric grew up in Newark, he was a member and attended Newark Church of the Nazarene, S. Williams St.

A graveside service will be held at 2pm on Friday, March 7, 2025 at Newark Memorial Gardens and laid to rest next to his loving sister.
