Gloria Anna Mills, age 65, of Heath, passed away on September 19, 2025. Gloria was born on October 16, 1959, in Utica to the late Oliver Keaser and Gladys (Gleckler) Small.

She was a graduate of Utica High School in 1978, loved riding horses and Harleys'.

Gloria is survived by her loving husband Jeffrey Mills; daughter, Jessica (William) Green; grandchildren, Parker and Jesse Green; half brothers, David Small, Gary (Cassie) Henderson.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Roy Keaser.

The family will receive friends on Monday, September 29, 2025, from 11 - 1 pm at the Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home, where her service will follow at 1 pm with Pastor Rob Hartman officiating. Burial will take place in Newark Memorial Gardens.
