Grace Elizabeth Bailey 85, of Newark was born on March 31,1940, and passed away on August 30, 2025

She is survived by her daughter, Beth, and her son-in-law, Johnny.

Also, surviving are her nieces and nephew and their spouses and children, all of whom she loved very much.

Grace was also blessed with many friends that she made throughout the years. Many who have become "family by choice".

To know Grace was to know a loyal, ornery and talented woman who was always the life of the party. She enjoyed playing the piano and, when she was younger, she enjoyed traveling and singing with her sisters in the Keyes Sisters Trio. It was always special when her brother joined them singing as well.

Those of us that she left behind are saddened by our Earthly loss, but we know she was greeted in Heaven by her husband, Larry, and her siblings, Modelle, Joyce and Jim as well as her parents and many, many other friends and family. Oh, what a reunion that must have been!

The family would like to thank her special team at Mt. Carmel East Wound Care that cared for her so well these last few years, all the doctors and nurses and Licking Memorial Hospital for treating her so well during recent hospital stays, and to Altercare South and Hospice of Central Ohio for everything they did for her and for her family.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
