Howard Eugene Kolb, 85, of Heath, died Friday, March 21, 2025 at The Pickering House in Lancaster. He was born September 1, 1939 in Mercer, PA to the late Leonard and Frances (Rinneman) Kolb.

Howard retired from Rockwell after 30 years of service. He loved to golf and also enjoyed bowling and fishing. He was active in Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts and his children's sports where he volunteered as baseball coach. He also enjoyed being active on his ham and CB radio. .

He is survived by his children, Kathryn (John) Burns and John (Meg) Kolb; and grandchildren, Devin Kolb and Jadyn Kolb.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Kolb; son and daughter-in-law, James and Anita Kolb; and granddaughter, Amanda.

Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Howard to Fairhope Hospice, 282 Sells Rd., Lancaster, OH 43130.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 25, 2025 from 4-6 pm at the Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home, 985 N. 21st St., Newark where the funeral service will follow at 6:00 pm with Pastor Wes Humble officiating.
