Janice Taylor Wilden, 29, of Newark, died Monday, August 12, 2024 at the Embassy of Newark. She was born September 9, 1994 in Ft. Polk, LA to Jamie Lee Wilden and Tanya Marie (Edwards) Wilden,

Jan was a TBI survivor for 11 years. She attended Fort Knox, Kentucky, Newark schools and graduated from Valley High School in Louisville, KY. She was dynamite in a small package. She had a fondness for animals, collecting crystals, stuffed monkeys and spending time with her friends, playing Tennis for Newark High but above all, she loved her son more than anything.

She is survived by her son, Vincent Michael Yeager; mother, Tanya (Tammy Fetters) Wilden; father and stepmother, Jamie and Becky Wilden; sister, Jamie Brianne (Corben) Parker; brother, Matthew (Marlene) Wilden; stepbrother, Michael Hamilton; nieces, Camilla and Aurora; nephew, Miles; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Nick Greavu; paternal grandparents, Janice and Ed Wilden; uncles, Terry and Dallas Wilden; and great aunt and uncle; Betty and Eugene Zinkon.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the entire staff at Embassy of Newark for the love and care they gave to Jan for nearly 11 years.

Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Jan to the Brainsong, The Micah Jones Foundation and Hospice of Central Ohio.

Visitation will be held Thursday, August 22, 2024 from 4:30- 6:30 pm at the Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home, 985 N. 21st St., Newark, where the funeral service will follow at 6:30 pm with Pastor Mark Pierce officiating.
