Jessie Eileen Willard, 96, of Tobosso, died Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at her home. She was born March 22, 1928 in Newark to the late Arthur and Goldie (Price) McMullen.

Jessie enjoyed hunting four leaf clovers, fishing, drawing, writing poems, puzzles, and trips to the casino. She was a wonderful cook and always looked forward to family meals. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great grandmother and cherished her time spent playing with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Joy (Gene) Kirkpatrick, Cindy Hunter, Randy (Mary Fulton) Willard and Rory (Louise) Willard; grandchildren, Stacey, Jaime (Justin), Jessica (Jeremy), Trent, Randy Jr., Clint (Courtney), Savannah, Tisha; great grandchildren, Haylee, Dalton, Jayden, Ian, Konnor, Maddy, Tanner, Hunter, Jayde, Kenna, Melissa, Hope and Jonathan; many special nieces, nephews and friends; and her special companion, Katie.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 71 years, Everett Dale Willard; daughter-in-law, Carol Willard; and brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Hospice of Central Ohio and caregiver Amber and others, for the care and support they have shown to Jessie and her family.

Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Jessie to Hospice of Central Ohio and/or Licking County Humane Society.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 30, 2024 from 12-2 pm at the Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home, 985 N. 21st St., Newark where the funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm. Burial will follow the service at Hanover Cemetery.
