John Fitzgerald Dunlap, 59, of Heath, died Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. He was born June 6, 1965 in Montgomery, WV to the late Charles and Gracella (Raymond) Dunlap.

John was known for his outgoing life of the party personality. He loved boxing, shooting pool, and cracking jokes. He served in the U.S. Marine Corp where he was on the All-Marine Boxing Team and also competed in the World Tough Man contest. He was loved and will be missed by many.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia; daughters, Deanna (Danny) Garnack, Jonni Dunlap and Jessi Dunlap; grandchildren, Noah, Alayna and Kensley Garnack; brothers, Chuck (Dana) Dunlap, Don (Kelly) Dunlap, and Shawn (Trish) Dunlap; and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
