Joseph "Joe" Emerson Hoskinson, age 46, of Newark, passed away on May 9, 2024. Joe was born on February 19, 1978, to Lewis Emerson and Kathy Marie (Ewing) Hoskinson.

He was a member of the FFA and the Model A Club. Joe was a mechanic at Coughlin Chevrolet in Pataskala. He was a classic car enthusiast and antique tractors. Joe helped his parents establish the Power Steam Show in Pataskala. He loved helping his father on the farm and farming was one of his greatest passions. Joe enjoyed traveling and camping with his family.

He is survived by his loving wife, Rebecca Hoskinson; children, Christy Ann Hoskinson, Levi Graham Hoskinson, Casper Agnew, Chris Agnew, Kat Agnew, Aly Agnew; adopted son, Jess E. Levi (Taylor Marie) Marcum; grandson, Christopher Maxwell; father, Lewis Emerson Hoskinson; brothers, William (Vickie) Hoskinson, Jeremy Hoskinson.

Joe is preceded in death by his mother, Kathy Hoskinson.

There will be services held at a later date.
