Judith Diane Mantonya
A graveside service for Judith Diane Mantonya, 75, of Newark, OH, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 1, 2025, at Cedar Hill Cemetery, with Pastor Siobhan Wolfe officiating. Family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, January 31, 2025, at Brucker and Kishler funeral home, 985 N. 21st St. Newark.
Judy passed away January 27, 2025, at Flint Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was born February 9, 1949, in Newark, OH, to the late Clyde Loper and Catherine Beatrice "Bea" (Coakley) Wright.
Judy, a devoted homemaker, was deeply admired and cherished by her family and friends, who were inspired by her unwavering support and guidance. She played a vital role in managing and supporting the Mantonya Chiropractic Center and enthusiastically embraced all the adventures with her family. She had a passion for traveling and a heart full of love for her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Jerry Allen Mantonya; children, Susan Calhoun, Gregg (Teresa) Mantonya, Catherine (Jason) Mahley, Mark Mantonya, Marianne (Sam) Beluschok, Molly (Derrick) Choina, and Jillian (Jason) Sholl; sisters, Mindy (Danny) Starr and Cora Sue (Walter) Williams, and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Butch Loper.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Central Ohio.
