Kathy Ann Place, 66, of Pataskala, died Friday, December 20, 2024 at the Selma Markowitz Hospice Center after a three year battle with Dementia. She was born February 11, 1958 in Columbus to the late Kay Francis.

Kathy was a loving wife and mother. She enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening and loved pulling all-nighters and holiday shopping.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Denny Place; daughter, Julie Place; grandchildren, Ryan Joseph, Macy Fyffe, Sophia Fyffe, Liam Hutchinson and Finn Hutchinson.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Kay Francis; maternal grandmother, Hazel Ortman; paternal grandmother, Frankie Wood; and life-long best friend, Dee Beedee.

A private graveside was held Monday, December 23, 2024.
