His love was harness racing for many years; he raced at Scioto Downs and at many fairgrounds. He enjoyed golfing, shooting pool, tinkering with computers and any electronics, fishing, playing cards with friends and dancing. He was a prior member of The Moose, Amvets, VFW and Masons and various organizations over the years.
He is survived by his daughters, Brenda (Mark) Stewart and Cynthia (Raymond) Miller; 3 grandchildren, Danielle Gurtler, Richard and Jeremy Kreager, 5 great-grandchildren; Nicholas, Devan, Skyler, Kenny and Ayvah, his fiancé and partner for almost 10 years Mary Jane Spung, and other family members.
