Kyle D. Babcock

A memorial service for Kyle D. Babcock, 47, of Newark, OH, will be held at 5:00 p.m. Saturday, December 30, 2023, at Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home, with Pastor Wally McLaughlin officiating.  Family will receive friends from 4 to 5 p.m. Saturday prior to the service at the funeral home, 985 N. 21st St. Newark.

Kyle passed away December 9, 2023, at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. He was born August 1, 1976, in Newark, OH, to Karen (Sensabaugh) Bevard and the late Glen Babcock.

Kyle was an avid Bengals, OSU Buckeyes, and Cubs fan. He enjoyed playing disc golf and he loved his cats.

He is survived by his mother, Karen (Gary) Bevard; sister, Renee (Tim Farson) Babcock; brother, Brad Babcock; half-brother, Mickey (Jacinda) Babcock; half-sister, Shannon (Wayne) Polk; aunt, Linda (Gene) Crawmer; nephews, Corey (Brooke) Babcock, T.J. Farson, and Damian Griffith, and several other nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and cousins.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death his brother Brian Babcock; maternal grandparents, and his uncle, Sonny.
