Lillian "Bobbie" M. Halblaub

A funeral service for Lillian "Bobbie" M. Halblaub, 84, of Newark, OH, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 5, 2024, at Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home, with Chaplain Cory Campbell officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Monday at the funeral home, 985 N. 21st St. Newark.

Bobbie passed away January 31, 2024, peacefully in her sleep at SharonBroooke. She was born December 19, 1939, in Licking County, OH, to the late Otis and Opal (Montgomery) Cronin.

Bobbie loved cats and gardening in her yard.

She is survived by her children, William (Cheryl) Halblaub, Donald (Ruthie) Halblaub, and Thomas (Yvette Athey) Halblaub; brother, Thomas (Jan) Cronin; grandchildren, Amanda Halblaub, Craig (Amanda) Lightle, Angel (John) Luke, Abbey Halblaub, Thomas Emerick, Alison Halblaub, Matthew (Jenny) Germann, Jessica (Tim) Seymour, and Andrew Germann; great grandchildren, Savanna, Kayla, Adelynn, Frederick, Liam, Greta, Binne, Dominik, and Aralyn, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Eugene Halblaub Melvin; daughters, Kim Vallee and baby Roberta; sisters, Rhea Clouse, Carolyn Wright, and Sharon Russell, and brothers, Leo Cronin and Darreld Cronin.
