Lyinda Diane McDonald, 69 of Newark passed away on September 25, 2025 at Licking Memorial Hospital. She was born on June 1, 1956 in Newark, OH to the late George E. and Wanda Lucille (Buck) Peters.

Lyinda enjoyed crafts, watching WWE wrestling and soap operas. She loved her beloved dog, Precious.

She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Timothy E.  McDonald, Sr.; children, Lyindie Arnold and Timothy McDonald, Jr.; step-son, Rick McDonald; grandchildren, Tara Lewis, Sierra Glover, Kaylee Loughman and Jordan Milline; several great-grandchildren; brother, Bill Peters; brothers-in-law, Dick (Sue) McDonald, Ed (Debbie) McDonald, Roger (Louise) McDonald and Mike (Mary) McDonald; sisters-in-law, Joyce Bayles and Sandra Clusty; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings, Bob Peters, Ann Holtz, Penny Coss and Debbie Else.
