Marjean Lou (Robinson) Thompson, age 91, of Newark, passed away Friday, October 31, 2025, at Licking Memorial Hospital. She was born in Hebron, Ohio on May 20, 1934, to the late Paul and Florence (White) Robinson.

Marjean is survived by her daughter, Marla Thompson.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Billy J. Thompson; siblings, Carl Robinson, Thelma Wright, Evelyn Shepherd, Donna Sunderland, Marjorie Green, Janet Conn, and Jerry Robinson.

A 10:30 am graveside service will take place Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at Newark Memorial Gardens, Dr. Bruce Weaver officiating.
