Marty Jane Wilson, 87 of Newark passed away on June 6, 2026 at her residence. She was born on August 31, 1938 in Arnoldsburg, WV to the late Vernon Dale and Dary (Carpenter) Wilson.

Marty loved her beloved dog, Abby J. Wilson. She was a member of the Heath Church of Christ and two motorcycle clubs.

She is survived by her sister, Betty J. Wells; niece, Barb Wells Fisher; great nephews, John and Josh Fisher and families; and many cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11am on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at the Apostolic Temple, 2285 Rock Haven Rd., Newark.
