Mary Alice Eikelberry

Mary Alice Eikelberry, 90, of Newark, OH, passed away May 3, 2026, at The Courtyard of Newark. She was born December 7, 1935, in Vanatta, OH, to the late Earl D. and Clara A. (Hughes) Eikelberry.

Mary retired from Ricart Automotive, where she served as a dedicated Title Department Manager. She was a faithful member of Central Christian Church and generously gave her time as a volunteer at The Works and the Davis-Shai House. Mary was also an active member of the Friendship Club, where she previously served as treasurer. Her commitment to her community and the organizations she cared about reflected her kind and giving spirit.

She is survived by her cousin, Kaylaann Hughes.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Norm Jean Hisey.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date at Central Christian Church.
