Michael Dale Crozier passed away on September 24th, 2026 at Ohio’s Hospice in Newark. He was born December 19, 1953 to the late Georgianna D. Haynes and Bernard Crozier.

Michael was a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, worked on the B&O railroad, and was always ready to help his community, family and friends as a handyman. He enjoyed visiting friends and family, going fishing, and listening to music. He spent many years traveling for his Pool League, earning several trophies over the years. Michael enjoyed family get-togethers where he could spend time with his loved ones and he had a deep love for animals.

He is survived by his son Michael Lee Crozier (Leann) of Newark and daughter Danielle Lynn Rodriguez (Edward) of Newark. His grandchildren; Michael Crozier (Brandy), Nicole Worth (Austin), Dylan Crozier, Elleanna Davis (Christian), Bradley Childers, Gabriel Rizer, and Kaiden Rizer. Great grandchildren Liliona, Elijah, Arabella, Styles and Emerson. Siblings Penny Lybarger (Jan), Brenda Lightle, Jeffery Crozier, Dennis Crozier, Anita Wolf. 

He was preceded in death by his brothers Bernie, Ricky, and Patrick Crozier.

Visitation will be held Sunday, October 11, 2026 from 2-4 pm at the Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home, 985 N. 21st St., Newark where the funeral service will follow at 4:00 pm with Pastor Don Owens officiating. In addition to the funeral on Sunday, military honors will be presented by the Licking County Veterans Alliance.
