Mindee Rae "Mamaw Mindee" (Bradshaw) Booth, age 66, passed away peacefully at home on October 21, 2024. She was born in Newark, Ohio on July 16, 1958, to the late Charles Avery Bradshaw III and Delores "Dee" Hempleman.

She was a proud resident of Newark and attended Heath schools until the age of 18. She married Dave Booth on September 25th 1987, in Newark, Ohio. She spent 24 years as the cook at LPN Nursing Home (now Altercare) in Newark. Mindee was the life of every party. Her family was her joy in life and nothing made her happier.

She is survived by her husband, Dave Booth; children Nikee (JR Miller) Savage, Brandi (Jeremy) Love, Carrie Warner (Dana Griffith), Jay (Danielle) Booth, and Frank (Tammy) Dzierwa; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Rick "Rickashay" Bradshaw and Charles "Chick" Avery Bradshaw IV.

Family and friends are invited to Cedar Hill Cemetery on Thursday, October 24, 2024 at 1pm for a graveside service and to reminisce and honor the life of Mindee Rae.

A celebration of life will be forthcoming.
