Naomi "Louise" Sharp, 84 of Newark, OH passed away on December 31, 2025 at Flint Ridge Nursing Home. She was born on January 26, 1941 in Homer, OH to the late Emmett N. and Harriet (McDaniel) Baughman.

Louise retired from the Licking County Aging Program after many years. She enjoyed gardening, spending time with grandchildren and an avid Buckeye fan!

She is survived by her son, John Stephen Sharp; daughters, Brenda (Charles) Cubra and Barbara Albert; grandchildren, Jason (Cari) Crothers, Joshua Crothers, Angie Albert and Zach (Tamara) Albert; great-grandchildren, Dax, Daegan, Daeli, Arianna, Jaxon, Waylon, Creed, Savannah, Zachary, Elijah, Sequoia and Phoenix.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, John Frederick Sharp; daughter, Sherry Sharp; granddaughter, Rebecca Albert; sister, Lila Saunders; and brother, Richard Baughman.

Per her wishes, no public services will be held at this time.
