Norma "Jean" (Thompson) Umbaugh, age 90, of Pataskala, passed away at her home Friday, July 12, 2024. She was born in Ravenna, Ohio on April 23, 1934, to the late Clyde and Ruth (Hall) Thompson.

Norma loved working with her flowers and decorating.

She is survived by her daughters, Pamela Jeanne (Michael) Walters and Karen (John) Frazier; grandchildren, Aimee (Brian) Fahey, Michael (Ashley) Walters, Kimberly (Tino) Miceli, and Johnathon Frazier; great-grandchildren, Joshua, Kaitlyn, and Caleb Fahey, and Wyatt Miceli.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, James F. Umbaugh.

Visitation will be held from 11am-12pm Wednesday, July 17, 2024, followed immediately by a 12pm funeral service at Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home, 985 N 21st, St. Newark Ohio 43055, Pastor Leon Brown officiating.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Norma's memory may be made to the Licking County Humane Society, 825 Thornwood Dr. Heath, Ohio 43056.
