Phyllis J. Osborn, age 66, of Newark passed away on October 31, 2025, at Licking Memorial Hospital. Phyllis was born on December 14, 1958, in Newark, to the late Ronald Sturm and Carolyn (Arbogast) Wilson.

She enjoyed shopping, cooking and spending time with her loving family. Phyllis never knew a stranger, extremely kindhearted and would be the first person to help you out.

She is survived by her children, Richard (Tammy) Osborn, Michelle Osborn, Charles (Shy) Osborn, Timothy Michael Osborn; grandchildren, Ireland, Natalie, Nathan, Alex, Isabell, Charles and Dwayne; siblings, Melinda (Melvin Peterson) Sturm, Clara (Jon) Corbett, Cynthia Anderson; stepmother, Pamela Lash; and stepfather, Kenny Wilson.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Timothy A. Osborn; and grandmother, Gracie Arbogast.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Licking County Humane Society.
