Ralph D. Ward Sr., age 84, of Newark, passed away on April 6, 2026, at Middleton Senior Living. Ralph was born on July 28, 1941, in Waverly, Ohio to the late Herman Merle and Dorothy Mae (Griffith) Ward.
He is survived by his children, Ralph D. (Babette) Ward, Jr., Steven (Tracy) Ward, Ralph R. (Katie) DeVault, Rhonda (Lance) Foster, Kim (Brad) Hall, Debbie (John) Hamilton; 14 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and many siblings.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Nancy E.; and several siblings.
