Robert Douglas Dillon

Robert Douglas Dillon, age 70, of Newark, passed away on April 2, 2026, at his residence. Robert was born on February 28, 1956, to the late George Frederick Dillon and Theresa Ann (Nutter) Claggett-Walton.

He was a musician in his younger years and then became a truck driver.

Robert is survived by his brother, Eric (Jamie Dyer) Claggett; nieces, Hannah (David) Claggett-Ayala, Rachel (David) Claggett-Jew.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Cindy Claggett; and maternal grandparents, Robert and Dorothy Nutter.
