Robert Eugene Jackson, age 71, of Newark, passed away on February 21, 2024, at the OSU Medical Center. Robert was born on July 14, 1952, to the late Andrew Jackson and Verna Wallet, in Lancaster, Ohio.

He enjoyed motocross, fast bikes, cars, and a member of the AMA (American Motorcyclists Association).  Robert loved watching the grandchildren play sports, he also loved taking his grandchildren out for donuts and copious amounts of nonsense and shenanigans. He had a love for adventure, spending time with his family and friends and a deep affinity for taking naps and telling stories. Robert retired from Germain Honda in Dublin.

Robert is survived by his dearest, Christina Smart; children, Heather (Jeremy) Hickman, Thalynn (Patrick Simpson) Jackson, Dustin (Amber) Jackson; grandchildren, Gunnar, and Van Hickman, Zayla Simpson, Dylan Jackson, Kaylee, and Bryan Smith; great grandchildren, Jaxon Abram, Kian, and Bryleigh Smith; siblings, Andrea (John) Roley, Diane (Mike) Collins and Donna (Rob) Bachman.

He is preceded in death by his father, Donald Wallet and mother, Verna Wallet; and his birth father, Andrew Jackson.
