Ronald Kent Wetzel

Ronald Kent Wetzel, 84, of Heath, OH, passed away December 8, 2025, at Riverside Methodist Hospital. He was born January 5, 1941, in Johnstown, OH, to the late Denzil M. and Lillian L. (Alexander) Wetzel.

Buzz retired from Rockwell International after a dedicated career. He enjoyed spending time on the golf course and was an active and proud member of the Druids.

He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Reba Jean (Keylor) Wetzel; children, David (Julie) Wetzel. Cathy (Richey) Holton, and Chad Keylor (Lisa) Wetzel; brother, Denzil Wetzel; grandchildren, Ethan, Tyler, Lauren, Zane, and Olivia Wetzel. Paige Wolfe, and Shay Keylor Wetzel; great-grandchildren, Carson Keylor, Bryson, Blayden, and Blaine Wetzel, and Axel Evans, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A private graveside service will be held at a later date at Wilson Cemetery.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Susan Wetzel, and brother, Richard Wetzel.
