Scott McDaniel, 45, of Newark, Ohio, passed away on September 2, 2025. Born on December 29, 1979, in Newark, Ohio, he was a devoted husband to Vickie McDaniel and a loving father to Hanna, and Levi McDaniel.

Scott was hard-working and dedicated. He spent almost 20 years working at TS Tech USA. In his free time he could be found making sidewalk chalk drawings with his kids, working on a car in the garage, or sending hilarious reels to his family and friends to help make their day brighter.

He had a love for cars and loved going to car shows with his various show cars over the years. When he was younger he could be found on a Friday night sitting in a parking lot with his green blazer with neon lights running hanging out with friends, and as he got older it became a meetup for coffee with other fellow car enthusiasts. Many of his best friendships came from car shows, and he truly loved those friendships.

He is survived by his wife, Vickie McDaniel; children, Hanna and Levi McDaniel; father, Phillip (Linda) McDaniel; aunt, (MOJO) Jo (Waite) Carlisle; siblings, Paul McDaniel, Becky (Andrew) Snedeker, and Gerald (Janeil) McDaniel; as well as many friends and extended family members who will miss him dearly.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Linda McDaniel.

A visitation will be held on Friday, September 5, 2025, from 5 - 8 PM at Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home, where his service will follow on Saturday, at 11 AM with Pastor Corbin Huffman officiating. Burial will take place in Maple Grove Cemetery, Granville, Ohio.

We find comfort in knowing that Scott is in heaven with his Mom and Jesus. We have hope for tomorrow because we know he was given a true miracle healing as he entered heavens gates.
