Susan Janice (Hinds) Keough

Susan Janice (Hinds) Keough, 74, of Newark, passed away June 26, 2024.  She was born December 13, 1950, in Pittsburg. PA, to the late Nelson and Margaret (Novak) Hinds.

She graduated with a BS from Otterbein and a MA from Ashland. She taught school for North Fork Local for 30 years at Newton Elem.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years, John D. Keough; brother, Nelson (Dr. Joyce Kobayashi) Hinds; nephew, Grant (fiancé Tiffany Harraf) Kobayashi Hinds, and sister-in-law, June Keough.

She enjoyed golfing and playing and watching tennis.
