Terry Allan Brown, 67, of Newark, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 5, 2026, at Grant Medical Center. He was born October 28, 1959, in Shelby, Ohio, to the late Rosevelt and Mary (Castle) Brown.

Terry took great pride in his work as a painter and truly enjoyed what he did. He was a loving father and grandfather who cherished his family and treasured the time he spent with those he loved. His cats also held a special place in his heart and brought him much happiness. Terry will be remembered for the love he shared with his family and the many memories he created with them throughout his life.

He is survived by his children, Nikki (Glen Parsons) Brown, Rob (Darcie) Lowe and Justin Brown; grandchildren, Robert (Tia), Emily (Brock Jones), MaKayla, Evan, Avery and Everly Lowe, Madyson and Zyaire Brown; great-granddaughter, Lucy Lowe; sister, Debbie Brown; nephews, Keith Scott, Issac Bridges and Ricky Saunders; great-nephews, Chris and Kaiden Keaser; and several other nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Calla Parsons; siblings, Gail Castle and Cheryl “Donnie” Brown; niece, Amber Scott; and brother-in-law, Preston Scott.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 13, 2026, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home, 985 N. 21st St., Newark, where a funeral service will follow at 6:00 p.m. with Pastor Mark Falls officiating.
