Terry Michael O'Brien, age 70, of Newark, passed away at his home Tuesday, April 16, 2024. He was born in Newark on September 5, 1953, to the late Robert and Mary Alice (Robinson) O'Brien.

Terry enjoyed hunting, fishing, hunting mushrooms, watching NASCAR, and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Susan (Wright) O'Brien; daughters, Vanessa and Savana O'Brien; grandchildren, Skyla, Launa, Zain, Zakara, Antonia, and Alexia; sister, Barbara (Larry) Bland; brothers-in-law, Mark Wright and Steve (Patty) Wright; nieces and nephews, Shannon (Dave Spencer) O'Brien, John (Jolynn) Bland, and Cindy Bland; sister and brother-in-law, Kim (Clark) Borga.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Gary Lee O'Brien, Sr,; nephew, Gary Lee O'Brien, Jr.

Visitation will be held from 5-7pm Friday, April 19, 2024, followed immediately by a 7pm funeral service at Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home, 985 N 21st, St. Newark, Ohio 43055, Pastor Scott Hayes officiating.
