Thomas Edwin Cline

A funeral service and Masonic service for Thomas Edwin Cline, 89, of Heath, will be held at 12:00 p.m. Thursday, December 21, 2023, at Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home, with Chaplain Mark Pierce officiating.  Burial will follow at Wilson Cemetery, where military honors will be conducted by the Licking County Veterans Alliance. Family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Thursday prior to the service at the funeral home, 985 N. 21st St. Newark.

Thomas passed away December 13, 2023, at SharonBrooke Assisted Living.  He was born June 4, 1934, in Smithfield, IN, to the late Clarence and Marjorie (Stepp) Cline.

Thomas was a United States Navy Veteran. He was a retired project supervisor for ODOT. He was a member of Heath United Methodist Church, Masonic Lodge #771, Aladdin Shrine in Columbus, OH, PROVOST Unit of Aladdin, Licking County Shrine, Teheran Grotto, American Legion, Heath Seniors, and he enjoyed playing cards.

He is survived by his daughters, Lesha Cline Boardman (Thomas) and Candace Minarchin (Daniel); sister, Ida Degler; grandchildren, Violet Rader (Dana), Chelsea Boardman, Ashlynn Stiger (Justen), and Austynn Minarchin; three great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his 1st wife, Jeannine Cline; 2nd wife, Marjorie Cline, and brothers, Eddie Cline and Larry Cline.
