Timothy A. Osborn, 66 of Newark passed away on November 25, 2024 at Licking Memorial Hospital. He was born on June 9, 1958 in Newark, OH to the late Charles A. and Betty L. (Welch) Osborn.

Timothy worked construction his whole life and was a member of the Local 423 Union. He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing and was a self proclaimed mushroom king. He was a great family man and raised his children well.

He is survived by his high school sweetheart and loving wife of 47 years, Phyllis (Sturm) Osborn; children, Rick (Tammy) Osborn, Michelle Osborn, Charles (Shy) Osborn and Timothy Michael Osborn; grandchildren, Ireland, Natalie, Nathan, Alex, Isabell, Charles and Dwayne; siblings, Delee Painter, Kim (Tom) Bruah, Dan Osborn and Rob Osborn; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Richard W. Osborn.
